Six Thinking Hats is a book that was written by the guru of thinking – Edward de Bono. In the book, he argued that the human brain thinks in a number of distinct ways. He identified six different ways that the brain can ‘think’ or be ‘challenged.’ While, in reality, we don’t think like by ‘disassembling’ our thought process, thinking issues using the Six Hat process can yield some interesting solutions.
